This seems really useful… Many times you ave to provide email for free ebook or affiliate kind of web sites and then you email box will be full page with those spammers. Will try it.
Thanks for the share.

Recently, a lot of disposable email address services have been popping up, each one catering to a certain type of user or boasting certain unique features. While these are, for the most part, viable solutions to the problem of spam and newsletters/alerts/notifications/etc., I think you should try out OtherInbox.

Each user gets their own domain name (you.otherinbox.com) and gives out unique addresses to their various sites (facebook@you.otherinbox.com, amazon@you.otherinbox.com). These are automatically created, organized and managed in your OtherInbox email account, so you can more easily keep up with your email while eliminating the spammers as well.

We are currently in private beta, but I’ve included a URL with an invite code for you and your readers:

http://beta.otherinbox.com/signup/techzonex

We hope you enjoy OtherInbox, and we look forward to hearing your feedback on your blog.

Thanks!

quite a useful service here.

i hadn’t heard of this website, so what i did before was make use of the guerrila mail service. it seems that they pretty much do the same thing. guerrila mail provides a disposable email address for 15 minutes, and like you point out, that’s great when you have to provide your email address in order to access something, but you don’t want your usual inbox to get flooded by all sorts of offers.

another service i use when i can is the bug me not website. similar but different. here you can search for usernames and passwords made available by their owners, so that you can access certain sites. i don’t like the idea of registering, for example, if all i want to do is download a particular file, so bug me not can be really useful as well.
