You 100% right buying online is so much cheaper. Well it is here in Ireland anyway. Here all the online site’s from the Networks charge about €10 on avarage cheaper for a Perpay phone then going into store. The also do not charge for post which is even better.

So it’s worth buying online just for that reson alone.

It is obviously better to get a deal online, the advantages are the variety of contracts and handsets are greater than a high street store can offer, many online retailers offer additional discounts.
Just make sure you shop around as the price of the handsets can vary a lot, but if you use a comparison site this will save you time.
If you are unsure of what handset to go for then go to a high street store and test the handsets out and once you have decided then go home and order online.

I think price is the main reason to buy phones online. Yes, there is price comparison, but you can do that online and still go and buy the best one from a shop (although price will vary). With phones I don’t think you really need to see it in the shop, so there’s no reason not to buy online.
